Minutes:
The Committee received an application for
full planning permission.
The application sought approval for the retention of the existing
outbuilding for garaging of motor vehicles and cycle storage together with the
construction of 1 detached bungalow.
The Senior Planner confirmed that an informative could be added to the
permission relating to fire engine access to respond to the Committee’s
concerns.
The Committee:
Unanimously resolved to grant the application for planning
permission in accordance with the Officer recommendation, for the reasons set
out in the Officer’s report, and subject to the conditions recommended by the
Officer including an informative regarding fire appliance
arrangements.
