13 Nominations for Committees for the Municipal Year 2020/21

The Committee considered a report and update paper (published on 18 May) setting out the proposed Committees and the nominations received. The Committee considered the rules on political balance set out in the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 in developing the recommendations.
The Committee were asked to note a correction to the
Vice-Chair of Civic Affairs Committee from Councillor Thornburrow to Councillor
Davey.
Resolved to:

Recommend to Council to agree the number and
size of committees, depart from proportionality on the Planning Committee and
to note the nominations listed below:
