Minutes:
The Committee received an application for
full planning permission.
The
application sought approval for single storey rear extension and new bike store
and conversion of existing dwelling into two flats.
Members of the Committee expressed concerns that a single person flat
would become a two person dwelling and would therefore not meet the required
space standards.
The Committee:
Resolved (by 5 votes to 3) to grant the
application for planning permission in accordance with the officer
recommendation, for the reasons set out in the officer report, and subject to
the conditions recommended by the officers.
