Committee Members
raised concerns that they had little control over changes to properties on
fringe sites as permitted development rights had not been restricted.
The Assistant
Director confirmed that a working group had been established to consider the
removal of permitted development rights from some future development where ad
hoc changes to properties could impact on the overall scheme design.
The Committee:
Unanimously resolved to grant the application for planning permission
in accordance with the officer recommendation, for the reasons set out in the
officer report, and subject to the conditions recommended by the officers.
