Matter for
decision
The report considered the Delivery Partnership Agreement with the
Department of Work & Pensions which was needed for the provision of
services required as a consequence of the roll-out of Universal Credit.

these arrangements provided she was satisfied that the full terms of the
agreement were acceptable.

Considerations
The Committee received a report from the Head of Revenues and Benefits.
The Head of Revenues and Benefits confirmed that the Council’s digital
inclusion strategy targets support towards people who do not have access to a
computer.
The Committee unanimously resolved to endorse the recommendations.
The Executive Councillor for Finance and Resources approved the
recommendations.
