The application sought approval for change of use of ground floor commercial unit from the consented A1 retail to A1 and/or A2 (financial and professional services) in the alternative.

The Committee:

Unanimously resolved to grant the application for planning permission in accordance with the officer recommendation, for the reasons set out in the officer report, and subject to the conditions recommended by the officers.
