Authority to deputise for the Chief Executive
The Chief Executive is due to be away from
work for a period from mid-October for medical reasons. The Leader is asked to recommend,
and Council is asked to approve, arrangements for the Director of Customer and
Community Services to deputise for the Chief Executive during her absence.
Recommendation:
That Council authorises the Director of
Customer and Community Services to deputise for the Chief Executive and to act
as Head of Paid Service during the Chief Executive’s absence.

Matter for Decision: The Chief
Executive was due to be away from work for a period from mid-October for
medical reasons. The Leader was asked to recommend, and Council was asked to
approve, arrangements for the Director of Customer and Community Services to
deputise for the Chief Executive during her absence.
