The Committee received from the Committee Manager two sets
of West / Central Area Committee Meeting dates for the municipal year 2014/15.
After a brief discussion it was agreed that neither set of
meeting dates were suitable and that some meetings may have to be moved from
Thursday’s to accommodate the diary for six meetings in the year.
The Committee:
Agreed that a third set of meeting dates should be sent
direct to the Committee for consideration and approval.
