To critically review the draft Annual Governance Statement (AGS) and incroporated action plan.
The Head of Legal Services introduced the report. In response to a question from the Chair, the
Head of Legal Services advised that a report would be submitted to the
committee on developing the role of the Independent Persons (Mr Sean Brady and
Mr Rob Bennett).
The committee noted and reviewed the Annual Governance
Statement and;

To approve the Code of Corporate
Governance.
