Matter for
Decision
A report giving an update on the key external partnerships the Council
is involved with was provided to Strategy and Resources Scrutiny Committee on
20 March 2017. It was agreed at this meeting that Community Services Scrutiny
Committee be given the opportunity to consider the partnerships relevant to its
work – Cambridgeshire’s Health and Wellbeing and the Children’s Trust - and to
also take into account how growing concerns about homelessness in the City
presently fed into these partnerships.
Decision
of Executive Councillor for Communities
Agreed to continue to work with key external partnerships to ensure that
public agencies and others can together address the strategic issues affecting
Cambridge, including the growing homelessness issue in the City, and that the
concerns of Cambridge citizens are responded to.
Reason for the Decision
As set out in the Officer’s report.
