It was noted that the attendance list for
the meeting on 27 June referred to ‘Chair’ and ‘Vice Chair’ and not ‘Mayor’ and
‘Deputy Mayor’. Councillor Roberts’ name had also been omitted.
With these minor amendments the minutes of
the meetings held on 27 June 2013 and 18 July 2013 were confirmed as a correct
record and signed by the Mayor.
