The application sought approval to vary condition number 2 (approval plans) of permission reference 16/1591/FUL to increase the depth of the Union Lane wing to create 2x 1 bed units at first floor in place of the approved 1x 2 bed unit and reconfigure ground floor to create and additional car parking space.
