The Committee received an application for full planning permission.

The application sought approval for amendments to planning approval 16/0670/FUL granted 07/09/2016 to raise roof ridge approximately 150mm

Councillor Baigent (Romsey Ward Councillor) addressed the Committee about the application.

The representation covered the following issues:

       i.          Said that orientation of the property was important due to the impact it would have on neighbours.

     ii.          Suggested the Applicant was trying to get more out of the site through a 2 step application.

The Committee:

Unanimously resolved to grant the application for planning permission in accordance with the officer recommendation, for the reasons set out in the officer report, and subject to the conditions recommended by the officers.
