The Committee received an application for change of use.

The application sought approval for change of use from C4 small HMO to sui generis (Large HMO) with 7 bedrooms. Part single, part two storey rear extension, attic conversion including flat roofed dormer with hip to gable. New bin and bike storage to the rear.
