Background Information: In 2017 the Resident Involvement Strategy 2017-2020 was published, this outlined the overall approach underlying resident involvement but does not detail the actual techniques used for engagement. This review will build on the RI strategy to provide more detail and ensure we are engaging with residents in the most efficient and effective ways.
