Background Information: The County Council wants to move their tenant in situ at 12 Mortlock Ave to a service contract. This can't be done under the current arrangement with the City. They would therefore like to buy the property. In return the City Council buys a vacant, 3-bedroom property requiring minimum work ready to let to a family from the waiting list.
