Minutes:
The Committee received an application for
full planning permission.
The application sought approval for the erection of a detached 3-bed dwelling to the side of 57 Peverel Road.
The Committee
requested that additional wording be added to draft condition 5 in order to
make application compliant with requirement for hedgehog permeable boundaries.
The Committee:
Unanimously resolved to grant the application for planning
permission in accordance with the officer recommendation, for the reasons set
out in the officer report, and subject to the conditions recommended by the
officers subject to the hard and soft landscaping condition (no.5) being
amended to include a requirement for hedgehog gaps in the boundary treatment.
