Expressed specific concern regarding:
· Impact on his
amenities.
· Oppressive/overbearing
application design.
· Height of the
proposed building would block neighbours’ light.
· The proposed
property would be out of character with the area.
The Committee:
Unanimously resolved to grant the
application for planning permission in accordance with the officer recommendation,
for the reasons set out in the officer report, and subject to the conditions
recommended by the officers.
